1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Doomlist ("the Service"), provided by Doomlist ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including tasks, lists, and other data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not monitor or endorse Your Content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate visual representations of your tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of AI-generated visuals
• Task descriptions may be processed by third-party AI services to generate these visuals

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's refund policy

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Doomlist and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doomlist and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doomlist and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
